Biography

Joe came to the United States from Southern Ontario, Canada in 1996, and has lived in (or near) Toronto, Detroit, Denver and Seattle. He currently makes his home in the Pacific Northwest. He earns his living as a software developer and writer near Seattle.

He is a client of Literary Agent Sally Harding at The Cooke Agency.
